CCCTC’s HVAC/R Program Celebrates Career and Technical Education Month

The students in Mr. Jon Dale’s  Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) are currently working on installing a natural gas furnace. The furnace will actually be used to heat and put air into their classroom. This is part of the students required task list to complete for the program.

Tom Mohney is CCCTC’s Graduate Of The Month

CCCTC Welding & Collision Repair Students Construct Forcible Entry Door for LTFD

The Students in the Welding and Collision Repair program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center (CCCTC) constructed a forcible entry door simulator for the Lawrence Township Fire Department (LTFD). The forcible entry door simulator is a large, sturdy door and frame combination that gives firefighters hands-on experience in force-opening locked doors.

Local Business Employee Takes Advantage of CCCTC Testing Site

 

 

Jon Hartman was the most recent local business employee to take advantage of the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center’s new testing site. Mr. Hartman will be driving motor coach for Fullington.  The CCCTC’s new testing site will be open Monday-Friday for testing from 8AM-3PM.
