The students in the Adult Cosmetology program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center (CCCTC) just completed their first haircut in a series of over 20 haircuts that will include advanced cutting techniques and texturizing. Since starting the program in August, the students have covered the history of cosmetology, safety and infection control, anatomy and physiology, and properties of the hair and scalp.
