Ember Grimm is a recent graduate of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC), attending the Culinary Arts and Food Management program for two years.
During her time at CCCTC, Ember learned that in order to succeed in the workforce, she would have to be determined and willing to be the best she could be. Attending the CCCTC has expanded her education and opened doors to greater opportunities. Ember is currently a Sous Chef at the Clearfield Curwensville Country Club.
Ember’s advice to someone thinking about coming to the CCCTC is to try it, even if you are unsure, because it is a great environment and wonderful experience.
