CCCTC Collision Repair Student Earns I-CAR Certification

Collision Repair student, Tristan Evans, a Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) student from Philipsburg Osceola Area High School, recently completed his Introduction to Collision Repair Series through I-CAR. This series includes a set of 14 one hour online courses that cover topics such as vehicle parts terminology, mechanical repair terms, vehicle protection, tools, equipment, attachment methods, and a collision repair process overview. The course series is designed for entry level technicians, appraisers, front office staff, customer service representatives, sales staff, call center agents, and vocational tech students. Individuals who complete the course will have the necessary knowledge to understand certain aspects of collision repair technology, more clearly explain the collision repair process to customers, reduce customer hold time and call transfers, and effectively field customer questions about vehicle repairs. CCCTC is proud to highlight the talents and accomplishments of its students.
