CCCTC Culinary Arts and Food Management Students Learning How to Blanch Vegetables

Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) have started their lesson on blanching vegetables. Students in the program are learning the blanching process and why the process is used in the food industry.
