CCCTC Culinary Arts and Food Management Students Learning to Make Specialty Pizza

Riley Humenay, Clearfield Area High School, and Culinary Arts and Food Management student at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC), is shown rolling out pizza dough.  Students learn the basics such as correct measurements, types of flour, how to knead the dough, and cold fermenting the dough.
