Students in the afternoon Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) recently completed skills in their program to finish a project on making Challah bread.  Challah is a kosher loaf of braided bread made with eggs, water, flour, yeast, sugar and salt.  Students made several loaves to sell to faculty and staff.
