CCCTC Culinary Arts & Food Management Students Explore Hands-On Cafe Operation

CCCTC Culinary Arts and Food Management student, Beccah Lvie from Clearfield Area High School is prepping fresh cut potatoes for The Culinary Cafe.

Culinary Arts and Food Management students at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) each get a week to take control of the Culinary kitchen. Students plan a menu for the week for the Culinary Café, assign jobs to their peers, order ingredients for the planned meals, and assist in the kitchen to keep it running smoothly.
