CCCTC Culinary Arts & Food Management Students Putting Skills to Work

Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center recently had the opportunity to practice the skills they have been learning. Students were able to fillet a 50 pound Amberjack fish.
