Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) are preparing to learn knife skills, including the best way to choose and take care of a knife, along with learning to mince, dice, and chop. Culinary knife skill techniques are one of the first things to master in order to work in a professional kitchen or to take your cooking to the next level. A large part of a commercial kitchen’s operation revolves around daily preparation and quality preparation requires efficient and accurate knife skills.
