
Matthew Ball, a 2018 Culinary Arts & Food Management graduate of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC), spoke to current CCCTC Culinary Arts students about the benefits of attending the CCCTC and transitioning into the IUP Culinary Program. Matthew talked about what life is like as a college student as far as homework, tools needed in the program, uniforms and expectations from instructors. He explained that coming to the CCCTC before going to IUP prepared him with the transition.
