CCCTC Culinary Students Learning the Dessert Making Process

Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) are making desserts and learning the process from start to finish. Braden Dixon, CCCTC Culinary student from Curwensville Area High School, explains that every student is in charge of making a dessert to sell in the Culinary Café through the week. Students have to decide on the dessert they want to make, get it approved by the instructor, order ingredients, and determine prices.
