Students in the Health Occupations Technology program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center are learning about one of the most important essentials in life – nutrition.  Elizabeth Johnson, current Health Occupations Technology student from Philipsburg Osceola Area High School, explained how nutrients are important because it helps keep track of your intake and output.
