CCCTC Health Occupations Technology Students Study Sheep Brain

Students in the Health Occupations Technology program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) are currently studying the nervous system including the function and anatomy of the brain. Health Occupations Technology Instructor, Mrs. Jody Gunter, introduced a sheep brain to show how similar it is to a human brain, with exception to size. Students were able to use the sheep brain to locate and identify features related to a human brain and discuss what section of the brain controls the body.
