CCCTC Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Students Learning About Fuel Levels

Students in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVACR) program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) have a task list that needs completed in order to receive their certificate of completion in the program. Students in the HVACR program are now learning maintenance and how to check the fuel level in a fuel tank. The gauges are usually a float assembly that moves up and down with the oil levels. Using industry-relevant equipment in the facility simulates real-world work settings. HVACR students in photo checking the fuel level is Nathan Woods, Clearfield Area High School; and Jonathan Doran, Clearfield Area High School.
