CCCTC Masonry Construction Students Working on Foundations, Arches, and Fireplaces.

Students in the Masonry Construction program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center are currently working on block foundations, brick and stone veneer, brick arches, fireplaces, chimneys, water proofing, retaining walls, and blue-print reading. Hayden Rodkey, Masonry student from Curwensville Area High School, explained that the materials used in masonry are more than just brick, many different materials such as block, stone, tile, concrete and hardscaping are used as well.
