Pennsylvania Concrete Masonry Association (PCMA) donates a tool kit to each of their members across the state so that they can award it to the top graduating student in their class. This year Paul Kennedy, CCCTC graduating outstanding masonry construction student, was awarded the PCMA tool kit award.
