Outstanding Teacher, Lauren Hopkins, CCCTC Digital Media Arts Instructor; Outstanding Support Staff Member, Kathleen Vadala, CCCTC Student Aide; and the CCC-PASR scholarship was presented to Gavin Dunlap from Moshannon Valley High School.
