CCCTC Welding & Metal Fabrication Student Designs and Welds “Headache Rack” For Truck

Jonah Maines, a Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) Welding and Metal Fabrication student from Curwensville Area High School, is shown in photo with a headache rack.  Jonah designed and created the headache rack for his grandfather’s truck.  He used several skills he has learned in the welding program, such as mig welding and using the plasma table, to create the rack.  Students, Noah Bloom from Curwensville Area High School; and Gavyn Varner from Moshannon Valley Area High School, in the Collision Repair program then used their skills to paint the rack in the paint booth.  To learn more about the opportunities in the Welding and Collision Repair program, visit us at www.ccctc.edu.
