CCCTC Welding Students Earn AWS Certification

The students in the Welding and Metal Fabrication program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) recently complied with the requirements of the AWS D1.1/D1.1M structural welding code F.C.A.W. limited thickness 3 groove and earned their certificates. Students in the welding program cover many topics throughout their time at CCCTC such as: oxy-acetylene welding, oxy-acetylene cutting, oxy-acytylene brazing, shield metal arch welding, gas tungsten arc welding, plasma arc cutting, fabrication and special welding procedures, and more.
