Gracie Poole, a 2017 Culinary Arts & Food Management graduate of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC), talked to current CCCTC Culinary Arts students about the benefits of attending the CCCTC and then transitioning into the IUP Culinary Program.  Gracie talked about what life is like as a college student as far as homework, tools needed in the program, uniforms and expectations from instructors. She explained that coming to the CCCTC before going to IUP prepared her with the transition. She explained to the students that you need to work hard and learn all you can while enrolled now so you can take that insight with you.
