DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Assistant 2 you will provide clerical and office support within the institutional business office. This position may also perform work in support of other departments within the facility to ensure effective and efficient ongoing operations.

 Work Schedule and Additional Information: 

Full-time employment.
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
Travel and overtime may be required. 
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
 

Additional Requirements: 
You must be able to perform essential job functions.

You must pass a background investigation.
