AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN), you’ll be relied upon to assist in providing total nursing care within our Senior Transitions Unit under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.  We provide round-the-clock coverage and deliver care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You will need to effectively interact and communicate with patients, significant others and all other health care team members while maintaining established standards of Professional Nursing.

Have a current Pennsylvania LPN License or Temporary Practice Permit
Have current CPR certification or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
Have Comprehensive Crisis Management Training or must be obtained within 12 months of hire
Have previous behavioral health experience (preferred)
Have good communication skills
Have medical systems computer experience (preferred)
