As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. He/she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Highly-skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Preferred
