AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN), under the direct supervision of the RN and within the scope of their practice, the LPN provides nursing care and performs appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients and effectively interacts with patients, family members, and other healthcare team workers while maintaining standards of practical nursing.

Have current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse License required. Graduation from an approved LPN program required.
Appropriate nursing practice/experience within the past three years preferred.
Certification in CPR from the American Heart Association required.
Ability and willingness to accept responsibility and make sound decisions under stressful conditions within scope of practice required.
Ability to work intimately with patients, doctors, nursing staff and families of patients required.
Clnical experience preferred.
