
The Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) announces Kurtis Hand as outstanding student in the Automotive Mechanics program. Kurtis is a senior at Clearfield Area High School and plans on attending the U.S. Army in July. Representatives from several local businesses donated towards the award. CCCTC partners with employers and community organizations to collaborate and ensure students are learning the most current skills. Employers and community organizations are an integral part of designing and updating curriculum. Local Businesses that donated are: Hunter’s Garage, Bud’s Electric, Auto Zone, Clearfield NAPA Auto Parts, Cumberland Truck Parts, and Fisher Auto Parts.
