SYSCO Presents CCCTC Students with Knife Set

The students in Mr. Dan Schleiden’s Culinary Arts and Food Management Program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center (CCCTC) were each presented with a starter knife set, compliments of SYSCO.   Rob Maynard, District Sales Manager for SYSCO, visited the class and talked about how he got his start at the  CCCTC when he was in high school.  He explained to the students that if you want to be in the food business, whether it be a Chef, restaurant manager or owner, this is the place to be.  Mr. Maynard and Jeanette Marino presented each student with a starter knife set to start their career in the Culinary field.
