Welding Students at CCCTC Using Skills to Create Project for Boy Scouts

CCCTC Welding and Metal Fabrication students from left to right are Nicholas Lansberry, Curwensville Area High School and Jeffrey McGonigal, West Branch Area High School.

Students in the Welding and Metal Fabrication program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center have been learning the steps in creating a custom project.  They are learning how to use the computer to create a design, setting oxygen and acetylene properly, and using the plasma table to cut out the project.  Recently, they have been working on an apple butter cooker for the Boy Scouts.
