The Clearfield County Career and Technology Center’s (CCCTC) Cosmetology students welcomed Clearfield Girl Scout Troop 46715 to the salon for a night of spa treatments.  The Girl Scout’s also learned about personal hygiene, basic skin and nail care, and the importance of self-care.
