CCCTC Cosmetology Students Using Math to Create Haircuts

Students in the Cosmetology program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) are using math to create haircuts using lines and angles in specific elevations. Students adjusted the angles as they worked around the curve of the head to be sure of accuracy.  Math is an important part in the programs at the CCCTC.  Many students are surprised how it relates to their career.  To learn more about the Cosmetology program at CCCTC, visit us at www.ccctc.edu.
