CCCTC Culinary Arts Students Practice Skills in Knife Cutting Techniques

Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career and Technology (CCCTC) have been learning different cutting and slicing techniques on various types of foods, such as carrots, pineapples, and potatoes. Students are shown the proper way to hold a knife, how to hold the food while cutting, and why it’s important to learn uniform cutting.
