PRODUCTION PERSONNEL- 1ST SHIFT

Many of the company’s staff members have been here for generations, honing the craft of acrylic-infused wood. Using Nydree’s proprietary technology, our team creates wood flooring and walls that can be seen in hotels, stadiums, universities, stores, corporations, museums, and other public spaces all over the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Motivated to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to safety standards and wear protective gear to promote a safe work environment.
Handle wood and various flooring components in a production environment.
Operate woodworking equipment to produce high quality engineered wood flooring.
Conduct quality checks, maintain records, and complete daily production paperwork.
Flexible with performing work for multiple areas of production.
Maintain a good attendance record and arrive to work on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to stand for 10-hour shifts in a production environment.
Ability to handle material up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working around machinery.
Ability to work with a team.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Experience in woodworking and material handling is a plus. Training will be available for these tasks as well. Employees are required to bring steel toe boots to wear during work.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-Time, Monday thru Thursday, 10-hour shift and occasional OT

SALARY:

Starting rate $16.00 per hour
