Students in the Cosmetology program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center (CCCTC) recently took on an exciting timed challenge to bring their "winter wonderland" visions to life. Combining creativity and technical skill, they styled hair, applied makeup, and designed nails to showcase their unique interpretations of the theme.
